Rich Keeble Week
Hello! It’s been a strange old time for the industry, with a lot of people struggling to find work, which is why I feel both very fortunate and very guilty for the week I’ve just had. Firstly, a big game I worked on earlier this year was released. It’s called New World: Aeternum, and I play a character called Marcel Dupont. Here’s a little clip of him:
The very next day, another game I’ve worked on this year which has already been announced, released a cast announcement trailer and press release, revealing the likes of Charlie Cox, Ben Starr, Jennifer English… and Andy Serkis. The exciting thing is that I was also announced, although my character is being held back for another time. I get a mention by lovely Jenn from Sandfall on her blog for Playstation, as well as on Sandfall’s own site, and various other gaming sites.
So yes, I’m in the press release, but not the trailer. But my goodness what a trailer it is…
And of course there’s more… Rivals was released on Friday on Disney+ and Hulu. I play regular character Brian Hetherington who is the chainsmoking director at David Tennant’s TV production company, Corinium. I did 5 weeks on this last year, and it looks incredible. It seems to be going down very well, and we’re all hoping for that Season 2 greenlight! I have to also thank all the Good Omens fans for being so nice to me – it was fab to work with DT again!
And on the very same day… Young Knives released their video for new single Dissolution, which I also appear in. Henry from the band taught be how to play the song and to be honest I was thrilled to be a part of this. I’ve followed Young Knives for nearly 20 years now, and to be in their video was a huge honour. Check it out:
And as if that wasn’t enough.. I started filming my first episode of Casualty this week too. A “Rich Keeble” week if ever there was one, the likes of which we may never see again.
